About

I’m a trauma therapist who is passionate about helping survivors of childhood trauma who struggle with boundaries and people pleasing behavior. I am committed to helping people learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves and others. My work focuses on helping clients understand how attachment systems are effected by traumatic relationships, providing tools to help shift out of ineffective behaviors, and healing the root of the pain in order to facilitate long lasting change. I am a firm believer that therapy can be a fun, dynamic, and illuminating process. I have a holistic, compassionate, and supportive style. I also highly value collaboration. The best investment you can ever make is one in yourself! If you’re interested in scheduling a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. “Katie is a calm, supportive and skilled clinician trained in depth-oriented work. She holds a safe, compassionate space that allows for exploration of inner worlds and access to authentic Self. I am pleased to highly recommend her as a seasoned clinician.”

Christa Hines, LCSW, CADCII, EMDR Certified and L1 IFS

“As a therapist and colleague Katie is compassionate, present, attuned, organized, safe, warm, strong in the best sense of the word, a highly skilled therapist, and last but not least very funny! I can say with great confidence I would highly recommend her." ”

Lizza Chenven, LCSW, EMDR trained, L2 IFS

“One of Katie’s greatest strengths is the ability to elicit, rather than bestow wisdom. She is practical, interactive, and purposeful. Her supportive and explorative approach helps people resolve problems and long-standing patterns.”

Suzanne Wallace, LCSW
